Santa Rosa High School is now taking appointments for 2026-2027 enrollment, 850-983-5710.

We are excited to host graduation in the Milton High School gym, allowing families and friends to attend without the need for tickets!
While we look forward to celebrating this important milestone together, please remember that this is not an athletic event—it is a formal celebration of academic achievement. We ask that all attendees demonstrate respect for our graduates and the ceremony.
Please take a moment to review expectations with your graduate, as outlined in the expectations paper provided with their cap and gown.
Thank you for helping us make this a meaningful and memorable event for everyone! 🎉

We are thrilled to announce that our robotics club recently competed at the FIRST Robotics competition in Tallahassee and earned the prestigious Rookie All-Star Award!
What This Award Means
This award celebrates rookie teams that exemplify strong partnership, teamwork, and the true spirit of FIRST — inspiring young people to discover their passion for science and technology. Our team earned this recognition by:
✓ Building meaningful partnerships with our school and community sponsors
✓ Demonstrating leadership, vision, and school spirit
✓ Understanding that robotics is about more than just building machines — it's about inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators
✓ Designing and building a competitive robot that met the challenges of the competition
A Special Achievement
It's important to note that this award is highly selective. Judges only present it to rookie teams that truly exemplify excellence and the FIRST mission. Our team earned this distinction in our very first year — an incredible testament to the hard work, creativity, and dedication of our students, coaches, and sponsors.
Thank You
We are grateful to our sponsors, club sponsor – Mr. Bailey, chaperones – Ms. Edwards & Mr. Horsting, administration and families who believed in this vision and made it possible. This is just the beginning!

We’re celebrating this as our highest on-time graduation rate ever — an improvement of 8.5 percentage points over the previous year. This is a testament to the dedication of our students, staff, families, and partners who show up every day to support completion.
A note on what this number means: as a dropout-prevention school, many of the students we serve face barriers that delay graduation beyond the traditional 4 year cohort. The official rate counts only “on time” graduates, so it does not capture the full picture of students who complete their diplomas later with our support. We’re proud that more students are finishing on time — and we continue to work hard to help every student cross the stage, whether that happens in four years or a little later.
Thank you to everyone who made this progress possible. We’re energized to keep building on this momentum — I will graduate. I will succeed! 💪📚

🎉 Congratulations, Mrs. Kaunike! 🎉
